The e-SMS Tool was recently migrated to a DISA-accredited, CAC-enabled hosting environment and is now available at the following URL:

Please remember to update any bookmarks you may have previously created to the e-SMS Tool accordingly.
The migration has enhanced the security of users’ data by relocating the e-SMS Tool to a DISA-accredited host behind a CAC-enabled firewall, and has increased the resiliency of the system by utilizing a more powerful, stable, and fault-resistant platform.
The SMCX has prepared a
video demonstration detailing the steps users will need to take the first time they access the new site to successfully link their CAC credentials to their existing e-SMS Tool user account.
